Who should use Breez.Aero?
Breez.Aero is useful for people who manage an aircraft syndicate or shared ownership group, with developing features to facilitate management of the aircraft, its records, documents, maintenance logs. It also allows those pilot members to view aircraft availability, make and amend bookings with ease and keep informed about the aircraft status, any maintenance issues and other useful information.
How do I set up my aircraft syndicate / group on Breez.Aero?
To get started, first start your free trial (no card required), where once registered you can set up your aircraft, add details, invite group members to join and configure the group as you require. During this time, we are happy to help guide you with your initial setup. If you decide to keep using Breez.Aero, simply start your subscription, and throughout your time using the platform, we are here to help, and we are constantly developing new features based on user feedback, so the value keeps on growing.
Does the calendar prevent double bookings?
Yes, bookings are prevented from overlapping, so if a booking slot is being selected that conflicts with another, a warning will appear and it cannot be saved.
Can the aircraft be 'blocked' when it's not available such as for periods of maintenance?
Yes, the calendar can contain 'blocks' where the aircraft cannot be booked. This is useful when it may be offline for essential maintenance.
Is my members' personal information safe?
Licence, medical and emergency contact details are encrypted and only shown to the people who need them. Two-factor sign-in is supported, and important actions are logged. If a trial ends without a plan, your data is kept for 90 days so you can still subscribe, then deleted.
