By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to use the Service. You confirm that any information you provide is accurate and kept up to date.
4. Accounts and Access
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
- You must keep login credentials secure
- You must not share accounts unless explicitly permitted by the Service
- We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached
5. Use of the Service
You agree not to:
- Use the Service unlawfully or in breach of aviation, data protection, or contractual obligations
- Attempt to access data or accounts you are not authorised to access
- Upload malicious code or interfere with platform operation
- Copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or resell the Service except where permitted by law
Content you upload. You keep ownership of the documents, images and information you upload. You confirm that you have the right to upload them and that they are lawful. You give us permission to store and display them as needed to provide the Service. We may refuse or remove files that are unsafe or that break these Terms; for your protection we do not accept programs, scripts or other risky file types, and size and storage limits apply.
6. Groups, Group Administrators and Aircraft Plans
- Each group has one or more group administrators. Administrators manage the group, its members, aircraft, bookings and documents, and what members can see and do.
- Group administrators are responsible for having a lawful reason to hold information about their members, and for telling their members how it is used. For the information they enter about members, Breez.aero stores and handles it on the group's behalf and only on their instructions. See our Privacy Policy.
- A plan covers a stated number of aircraft. The number of aircraft a group can add depends on its plan. Larger groups, and commercial use of aircraft, including by flying schools, are by agreement. Please contact us.
7. Aviation-Related Data Disclaimer
Breez.aero provides administrative and organisational tools only (e.g. booking, scheduling, group management).
The Service:
- Is not an operational flight planning, safety, or regulatory compliance system
- Does not replace pilot, owner, or operator responsibility
- Must not be relied upon as the sole source of operational or safety-critical information
You remain fully responsible for compliance with applicable aviation laws and regulations.
8. Free Trial, Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments
- New groups can try the Service free for 30 days. No card is needed to start. During the trial a group can have up to 2 aircraft. We will remind you before the trial ends.
- If a trial ends and you have not chosen a plan, the group is paused. Its data is kept for 90 days so you can still subscribe, and is then deleted.
- Plans are by the number of aircraft, and are billed monthly or annually in pounds sterling. Current plans and prices are shown on the Subscription page and at checkout. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
- If you move to a larger plan during a billing period, you pay the difference straight away. To move to a smaller plan, please contact support; we may need you to reduce your aircraft first.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Breez.aero does not store full card details.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by UK consumer law.
- We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice. A change will not affect the period you have already paid for.
9. Availability and Hosting
The Service is hosted on servers in the United Kingdom, with trusted third-party providers for services such as email delivery and payments.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Maintenance, updates, or third-party outages may affect availability.
10. Mobile Apps
If we offer mobile apps, these Terms apply to them too, together with the terms of the app store you download them from. Subscriptions are managed through our website.
11. Intellectual Property
All software, branding, layouts, workflows, and content remain the intellectual property of DZ Aviation (a trading name of DZ Creative & Consultancy Ltd) or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service while your account remains active.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic losses
- We are not liable for data loss caused by user actions or third-party services
- Total liability is limited to the greater of the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months and £100
Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other non-excludable liability under UK law.
13. Termination
You may cancel at any time. Your subscription then ends at the end of the period you have paid for, and you keep access until then.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
After an account or group is closed we delete its data in line with our Privacy Policy. Group administrators can ask us for a copy of their group’s information before then.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will tell you about material changes through the Service or by email before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after the change, you accept the updated Terms.
15. General
- These Terms are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service.
- If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
- Only you and we have rights under these Terms; nobody else can enforce them.
- Neither of us is responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
