One calendar for aircraft, instructors and rooms
A lesson books the aircraft, the instructor and the student together. Hire and solo flights need no instructor. Simulators, briefing rooms and classrooms can be booked too.
Instructors set their own availability
Day to day, from a phone, and the calendar shows who is free.
Students request the free slots
The school can approve each request (the slot is held for a set time) or let some students book directly. A waiting list covers cancellations.
Each person sees what matters to them
Reception sees the whole school, instructors see their own flights and the wider picture, students see their own flights.
A big-screen display
A landscape view of the day's bookings, updated as they change, for a monitor on the wall. The school chooses what shows.
Designed with younger students in mind
Guardian details and tighter visibility for students who are under 18.
Everything the group edition has
Booking rules, notices, documents with expiry dates, an Inbox with notifications and secure sign-in with optional two-step.

Does it replace our training records?
Not at launch. The first release is about scheduling: aircraft, instructors, rooms and bookings. Student records and syllabus tracking are on the roadmap, not promised.
