Booking software for aircraft syndicates
Sharing an aircraft should mean more time flying and less time chasing each other. Breez.Aero gives your syndicate one shared calendar, one place for documents, and one dashboard showing the aircraft's fuel and hours, so the spreadsheet, the WhatsApp group and the double bookings can go.
No card required. From £10 a month after the trial. Questions? Message us on WhatsApp.

What you get
A booking calendar that stops double bookings
Bookings can't overlap, so a clash is stopped before it happens. Day, 3 day, week, month, year and list views, easy to read on a phone.
Share a flight, or open it up
Share a booking with another member, or mark it open so others can ask to join. Add calendar notes, and block dates for maintenance or the annual.
Booking rules for your group
Set a maximum booking length and the slot times that suit you. The booking form only offers times that fit your rules.
Fuel and hours at a glance
Fuel state and engine hours to the next check sit on the dashboard, with a history of updates, so the next pilot knows where the aircraft stands.
Documents that remind you
Keep insurance, the airworthiness paperwork, manuals and licences in shared folders. Expiry dates are flagged on the dashboard before they lapse.
Members, roles and permissions
Invite members by email. Give the treasurer, secretary and technical officer the access they need, and everyone else what they should see.
A member account for everyone
Every member has their own account with the group, in plain words: "You owe £42.50", "You are in credit" or "Nothing owing", with every entry behind it. A member only ever sees their own account.
The treasurer's overview
See who owes the group and who is in credit, with totals. Enter starting balances, then record payments, charges, adjustments and payouts. Every change is kept in the history, and members are told in their Inbox.
Expense claims with receipts
A member who has spent their own money, on fuel for example, sends a claim with up to five receipts. The treasurer approves it or declines it with a reason.
Flight charges from the Flight Log
Charge flights to the pilot's account automatically when the flight is saved, or from a list of flights not yet charged. Each charge shows how it was worked out: the aircraft, the time and the rate.
Statements and reminders
Download any member's statement as a PDF or CSV for a date range, or email it with a short message. Optional monthly reminders go to members who owe more than an amount you set.
Private by design
Licence, medical and emergency contact details are encrypted and shown only to those who need them. Two-step sign-in and passkeys, with your data kept in the UK.
Notices and notifications
Pin notices for the whole group. An Inbox and bell, booking emails and calendar feeds for your phone's own calendar. Each member chooses what they receive.
Sunrise and sunset on the calendar
See daylight at your home airfield when you plan and book.
Reports, charts and your phone
Bookings and members reports with CSV and PDF export, charts of aircraft use and busy times, and a layout that works on any phone, tablet or computer.
