Aircraft booking software for flying clubs
A club with several aircraft needs a booking system that shows everything at once and still gives each pilot a simple view. Breez.Aero puts every aircraft on one calendar, keeps members, roles and documents in one place, and works as well on a phone at the aerodrome as at a desk.
No card required. From £10 a month after the trial. Questions? Message us on WhatsApp.

What you get
Every aircraft on one calendar
View all your aircraft side by side, or just one, by day, week or month, with a colour for each aircraft. No clashes, and no more checking several sheets.
Day, week, month, year and list views
Find a free slot quickly and see what's coming up, on a phone or a computer.
Booking rules that fit your club
Set maximum booking lengths and slot times, block dates for maintenance, and share or open a booking so others can ask to join.
Roles and permissions
Officers, instructors and members each see and do what they should, and everyone's private details stay private.
Fuel and hours for every aircraft
Fuel state and engine hours to the next check on the dashboard, with a history of updates.
Documents and a noticeboard
Shared folders for insurance, manuals and licences, with expiry reminders, plus pinned notices for the whole club.
Notifications members control
Booking emails, an Inbox and bell, daily summaries and calendar feeds. Each member chooses what they receive.
Sunrise and sunset on the calendar
See daylight at your home airfield when you plan and book.
A member account for everyone
Every member has their own account with the group, in plain words: "You owe £42.50", "You are in credit" or "Nothing owing", with every entry behind it. A member only ever sees their own account.
The treasurer's overview
See who owes the group and who is in credit, with totals. Enter starting balances, then record payments, charges, adjustments and payouts. Every change is kept in the history, and members are told in their Inbox.
Expense claims with receipts
A member who has spent their own money, on fuel for example, sends a claim with up to five receipts. The treasurer approves it or declines it with a reason.
Flight charges from the Flight Log
Charge flights to the pilot's account automatically when the flight is saved, or from a list of flights not yet charged. Each charge shows how it was worked out: the aircraft, the time and the rate.
Statements and reminders
Download any member's statement as a PDF or CSV for a date range, or email it with a short message. Optional monthly reminders go to members who owe more than an amount you set.
Secure, with your data in the UK
Licence, medical and emergency contact details are encrypted, with two-step sign-in and passkeys available.
Reports and charts
Bookings and members reports with CSV and PDF export, charts of aircraft use and busy times, and a layout that works on any device.

Questions
Can we see all our aircraft on one calendar?

Is there a limit on the number of members?
No. One subscription covers your whole club, however many members you have.
How much does it cost for a club with several aircraft?
There is a free 30-day trial with no card needed. After that, pricing is based on the number of aircraft in your club and starts from £10 a month. See the pricing section on the home page for the larger sizes.
Can I move my data across from our current system?
Yes. We can support importing your existing data from other systems and spreadsheets, so moving over is easy. Get in touch and we'll help you through it.
Do you have a version for flying schools?
