Every aircraft side by side
In 3 Day, Week and Month, choose "By aircraft" and each day splits into a column for each aircraft, side by side.
- Booking notes now show on the bookings in the calendar.
- On a phone, the dates and arrows stay on one line, and the menu slides in smoothly.
- Where the screen is too narrow for the columns, the month falls back to the usual layout.

Smaller improvements
- Members are listed in surname order.
- Bookings on the dashboard say who they are shared with.
- An expiring document opens in the Documents page, with the document highlighted.
- Group pictures fill their frame above the menu.
- The phone's bottom bar is evenly spaced.

You choose who gets emailed about a booking
When you cancel or change a booking you can choose whether to send an email, who it goes to, and add a message.
- Members a booking is shared with are now told when it changes.
- A member editing someone else's booking can no longer make themselves the pilot by accident.

Booking rules for your group
Group administrators can now:
- Require bookings in whole slots, so with a 1 hour slot you book 1, 2 or 3 hours, not 90 minutes.
- Set a maximum booking length, from 1 hour up to 7 days, or no maximum.
The booking form only offers end times that fit your group's rules.

The calendar opens when you want it
Choose the time the calendar opens at in My Settings. It starts at 08:00 unless you change it, and the earlier hours are still there above it.
We also fixed bookings on the day the clocks change, which showed an hour out.12 October 2026
Fuel and engine hours on your dashboard
Each aircraft now shows its fuel on board and the engine hours left, and anyone with permission can update them from the dashboard.
- Fuel can be shown in litres or other units.
- A history shows who changed what, and when.
- You can't enter more fuel than the tank holds.

Roles and permissions, in more detail
Roles now have separate boxes for viewing, creating/editing and deleting in each area (members, notices, documents, events and more), and the boxes tick each other sensibly: ticking Delete also ticks Edit and View.
- Instructor is now always available as a role, with sensible starting permissions.
- Only an administrator can remove another administrator, and a group always keeps at least one.

A better calendar on wide screens and phones
- On a wide screen the calendar shows a month on the left with your aircraft choices underneath, and the toolbar fits on one line.
- On a phone, the round + button opens a quick New Booking menu.
- Booking boxes show who it is shared with and whether it is open for sharing.

Extra fields on member profiles
Groups can add their own fields to member profiles and choose which section each one belongs to: Personal Details, Licence Details, Emergency Contact or Other Details. Fields can be marked required and limited to administrators, and they appear as columns in the Members report.

Face ID, Touch ID and passkeys
You can now sign in with Face ID, Touch ID or a passkey as your second step. Add one from Security in your account menu.

See several aircraft at once
Pick any aircraft with the Show ticks and choose All together, By aircraft or Timeline. Day, 3 Day, Week, Month and List views are all available, with aircraft photos and member photos on the bookings.

Booking slots you choose
Group administrators choose how long a slot is, the step between start times (15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes) and which start times are available. The available slots can be shown faintly on the calendar.
