Roles and permissions

Every member has the Member role, which lets them book and see the group's calendar, notices and documents. Administrators can give people extra roles from the member's page.

Under Settings > Group Details you can choose what each role can do. For each area there are boxes for View, Create and edit and Delete. Ticking a higher box also ticks the ones before it.

A group always has at least one administrator, and only an administrator can remove another administrator.
