Members and your profile

The Members list, a member's page, and your own profile.

The Members list. Everyone in your group with a photo (or their initials), their roles and, if they have shared it, their mobile number. In groups of nine or more there is a search box and filters by role. Tap a member to open their page.

A member's page. You see their photo, roles and the aircraft they may fly. Call and Email buttons appear when you can see those details. If your group shows it, a Flying card shows when they last flew and how much in the last 90 days. People allowed to see member details also see licence, rating and medical dates (with In date, Expires in 12 days or Expired labels), their emergency contacts (tap to call), and their next bookings. Previous and next links move through the list. Administrators and members with the right permission also see tools to change roles, aircraft access and details, and to remove a member.

What others can see. Your name, photo, roles, aircraft, member-since date and mobile number are visible to your group. Your email, address, date of birth, licence, medical details and emergency contacts are visible only to you and to administrators or members given permission to see member details.

Your own page. Open it from the Members list or the profile menu. If your mobile number or an emergency contact is missing you are told, with a button to add each. Each card has an Edit button that opens that part of My Profile. Use What others see to preview your page as another member sees it.

The profile menu. Choose your photo at the top right. It shows your name, email and roles in the group, then Account (My Profile, My Settings, Security, Email preferences, My history, time zone and Light, Dark or Auto), Help, and your groups, where you can switch group or start a new one. On a phone it slides up from the bottom. A small amber dot on your photo means something in your account needs attention, such as two-step sign-in being off.
