Group Settings for administrators

Settings is for administrators. Use the search box at the top to find a setting by name ("colours", "fuel", "invite"): sections that don't match are hidden and the matching one opens.

The group.

• Group Details: the group's name and logo, its roles and what each role can do.
• Group Settings: Modules (optional features such as Notices, Documents, Flight Log and Maintenance), booking rules and time slots, booking purposes and their colours, and extra member fields. Modules are cards: use All, On and Off to filter, and switch each on or off. Switching a module off hides it from everyone; nothing is deleted.
• Aircraft Settings: add aircraft and their details, photos and colours, and who may fly each one.

People and messages.

• Group Members: invite people, change roles and remove members.
• Group Notifications: which notices go to which roles.
• Report Access: which reports each role can open.

Be careful. Clear Trial Data removes what you entered while trying things out, and keeps your settings, aircraft and members. It cannot be undone.
