Your dashboard

What the dashboard shows, and how to update fuel and hours.

The dashboard is the first page you see. From the top:

To do. One card with everything waiting for you: people asking to join your bookings, requirements and documents that are due, adding a profile photo, turning on two-step sign-in. Each line has its own button, and the card goes away when there is nothing to do.

The aircraft panel. It adapts to your group.

Each aircraft shows Online or Offline (if your group shows aircraft status), Check due in 3 h when the next check is close, and Blocked until Fri 30 Oct (with the reason) when it is blocked on the calendar. A blocked aircraft's Book button is greyed out.

Fuel and hours to next check. The bars are green, amber when getting low (fuel under 40%, a check within a quarter of its interval) and red when low (fuel under 20%, a check within a tenth). A fuel figure more than a week old is marked please check. If you can change a figure, a small pencil shows in the corner of the box and the box darkens when you point at it: tap it to update fuel or hours. Hours counted down by the Flight Log update themselves.

Book and Log flight. Each aircraft has a Book button, and Log flight when your group uses the Flight Log.

Open to share. A dashed strip says when bookings are open for others to join, with a link to see them.

Bookings. Your next flight shows when you next fly, then today's and tomorrow's bookings. Tap one to open it.

Events, notices and activity. Upcoming events, pinned notices and Recent Group Activity (who booked, changed or cancelled which aircraft, for which day; tap one to open that day) follow below. Each part can be hidden under My Settings > My Preferences.
